Investment of the Week
Our feet become cramped and tense from wearing restrictive shoes and walking on hard surfaces. For that reason, I use a regular ball and roll my feet on it whenever I sit at my table in order to release tension in the muscles and fascia which is like a web of connective tissue, massaging this can trigger release in the entire web.
I would recommend getting a set to also tackle other areas of your body like your back, quads and other tight areas like your forearms from Amazon, it really works! You can of course use a normal tennis ball for this as well!
Favourite animation
In this week, I want to share this great animation!
