๐ด CFD "Superman" Cyclist
The paper analyses drag on various cycling positions, including the "Superman".
The analysis is performed by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations with the 3D RANS equations and the Transition SST k-ฯ model. The simulations are validated wind tunnel measurements. The results are analyzed in terms of frontal area, drag area, and surface pressure coefficient.
๐ง A Primer on Stable Diffusion
In this blog post, I will introduce you to Stable Diffusion, a latent text-to-image diffusion model capable of generating photo-realistic images given any text input.
๐ป Engineering Tool of the Week โ Fluidity
Fluidity is an open source, general purpose, multiphase computational fluid dynamics code capable of numerically solving the Navier-Stokes equation and accompanying field equations on arbitrary unstructured finite element meshes in one, two and three dimensions.
